  Old Mt. Olive Baptist Church burned down years ago (the early 90's or late 80's, I believe). Operations and congregation have moved to the New Mt. Olive Baptist Church a couple miles west. The cemetery for the old church is across the highway on the grounds of the Little River Plantation. The cemetery is still being used to this day and is the site of many historical and unmarked graves, predominantly for the rural African-American community in the area.
